Nestled in the Kishtwar district of Jammu, Paddar is a hidden gem renowned for its breathtaking natural beauty and rich historical legacy. Gemologists have discovered that Kishtwar sapphires are highly priced due to their finest specimens, and they have studied the enormous untapped potential in gem and jewellery.
