About Mansar Lake: Mansar Lake, located near Jammu city, is a renowned adventure tourism destination in India. It holds significant mythological and religious importance, sharing the sanctity of the legendary Mansa Sarovar. This popular tourist base features a temple dedicated to the snake god, Sheshnag, on its banks. It is considered auspicious for newlywed couples to seek blessings by performing three parikarmas around the lake.
About Surinsar Lake: Located 42 km from Jammu city, Surinsar Lake is celebrated for its natural beauty and mythological significance. Encircled by densely wooded mountain ranges, it is a favored picnic spot. The Surinsar Mansar Wildlife Sanctuary, situated between the two lakes, is home to three mammalian species and 15 avifauna species, including cranes.

Day 3 Travel to Katra
Jammu to Katra (50 Km approx. 1.5 hours by road)
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to Katra.

Have a Spiritual Day at Vaishno Devi
Katra (Vaishno Devi Darshan)
Breakfast at the hotel.
Register and procure the Yatra slip. Coordinate with the hotel reception for Banganga/helipad pick-up and drop. Note that the hotel may apply charges for Banganga pick-up and drop as per their policy.
Start your Yatra for Vaishno Devi Darshan. (Bhavan is approximately 13 km from Katra Town. Ponies, Palkis, or walking are options to cover the distance.)
Return to Katra.

Please be advised that on the day of darshan we will not provide a vehicle and guests have to coordinate with hotel reception for Banganga / Helipad pick-up and drop. The hotel may or may not apply charges for Banganga pick-up and drop as per policy.

Journey to ShivKhori: The Abode of Shiva
Katra – Shivkhori – Katra (90 Kms, Approx. 4 Hours by Road)
After breakfast, transfer to Shivkhori.
Shivkhori Description: Shivkhori, meaning Shiva's cave, is a natural cave about 200 meters long, one meter wide, and two to three meters high, containing a self-made lingam believed to be unending. The cave's entrance can accommodate up to 300 devotees at a time.
After the divine Darshans of Lord Shiva, return to Katra.

Travel to Patnitop
Katra to Patnitop (90 Kms, 2-3 Hours by Road)
Breakfast at the hotel.
Transfer to Patnitop.

Enjoy leisure time and visit the Nag Mandir, devoted to the Serpent God.

Magic Carpet: Similar to the tubing sledge, enjoy the beautiful surroundings as the magic carpet transports you up the mountain.
After experiencing the thrilling ropeway ride, return to Katra.

Transfer to the railway station/airport.
