Tucked away in the charming Udhampur area of Jammu is the tranquil town of Mantalai, an undiscovered treasure. The Aparna Ashram, founded by the late Swami Dharinder Brahmachari, is another reason for Mantalai's fame. The ashram features hotels, guest houses, a helipad, gardens, a research lab for yoga, swimming pools, and movie theatres. Additionally, the government built a public international yoga centre in Mantalai. The place has also become famous because of India’s biggest International Yoga Centre which has been established at Mantalai.
