Situated at an elevation of 8530 ft Kongdori in Gulmarg, is a picturesque haven offering stunning views and exciting adventures. Rising high above the valley, Kongdori is famous for its iconic Gondola ride. It is the first phase of the Gondola ride which takes visitors to lofty heights of Apharwat Peak where the air is fresh and the scenery is unmatched. It takes 10 minutes to reach Kongdori from Gulmarg and one can enjoy the mesmerizing views of Nanda Devi Temple and Pir Panjal Range while going up.
